Just wanted to let you know that I was listening to Amira do the show as I was driving in to NYC on August 2nd, in a tiny car filled with all of my earthly possessions.

I had been listening to a mediocre audiobook and my ipod for the whole 22-hour journey from my former home in Kansas City, so it was a relief to hear something else. It was even better to have that "something else" be really, really good. She played "show me the way to go home" right as I was crossing the bridge into Brooklyn, which is now my home. That was the first thing I heard as a New Yorker. So thank you. And keep it up.
